Leslie Loveless

Leslie Loveless is CEO and Managing Partner of Slone Partners, a life sciences and healthcare executive search firm that helps companies build the leadership teams behind important work. Leslie's path to the top of that business did not begin in recruiting. It began in Indiana, moved through high-school classrooms and pharmaceutical sales, and eventually led to a small recruiting firm where she became employee number five.

Her career is a story about transferable skills: reading the room, explaining complicated ideas, building trust, and knowing when people need something different from what you would need yourself. It's also a story about taking a leap before you fully understand how big the decision is.
